The adaptogens act gently to help everyone regain their own balance. Their effectiveness can vary depending on the person (from a few days to a few weeks). We have formulated products highly concentrated in active ingredients to feel the effects at the end of a product. For long-lasting and powerful effects, we recommend extending the dose for up to 3 months.
For Hair: 4 capsules per day, which we advise you to take twice: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, with a large glass of water, outside meals if possible.
Duration: 1 month
For The Skin: 2 capsules per day, which you can take at any time of the day, if possible between meals.
Cures are renewable several times a year, when you feel the need. It is also possible to consume our products more punctually.
All our formulas can be taken together or separately, during the same day (respecting the dosage for each product).
Hair (for 4 capsules): HPMC capsule, Amla extract (Phyllanthus emblica L., 300 mg), MSM (Methane methylsulfonate, 300 mg), L-cysteine (200 mg), L-methionine ( 200 mg), Bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea Willd., 200 mg), Bulking agent: Rice flour, Vitamin B5 (12 mg – 200% AR*), Vitamin B8 (100 µg – 200% AR*).
