The heat is oppressive and you are looking for a good way to stay hydrated?
To your lemons, this recipe is made for you!
- 1 tsp of La Beauté
- 1 to 2 tbsp of honey to fill up on antioxidants
- Juice of 4 to 6 lemons, rich in vitamin C
- 5 cups of water (flat or sparkling)
- A few mint leaves, perfect to help digestion
Dilute the honey in the water then add La Beauté , the lemon juice and the mint leaves. To be enjoyed fresh!
