Immunity Shot

As the seasons have just changed, it's important to prepare a shot of vitamins!

  • 1 tsp of Immunity
  • 2 oranges for vitamin C
  • 1 carrot containing provitamin A
  • 1/2 apple rich in fiber
  • 1 pinch of ginger antioxidant, (consume without moderation!)
  • 1 tsp almond purée rich in magnesium and protein

Mix everything in a blender until you get a smooth smoothie. Add a little water if needed.
