Moon Milk
Forget the traditional herbal tea to relax before going to bed and succumb to Moon Milk! A creamy and comforting Ayurvedic drink, it is ideal if you want to relax, relieve your anxiety or improve the quality of your sleep.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup vegetable milk (almond, coconut, oats, etc.)
1 tbsp La Serenité based on Ashwagandha
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cardamom
1 pinch of saffron
1 tsp of honey
Heat the vegetable milk, when the liquid comes to a simmer, add the spices. Once the spices are infused, wait for it to cool down and pour in La Sérénité and the honey to keep all their properties. Sweet dreams !
