Raspberry Chia Jam

Miaaam, a new alternative to traditional jam! Add it to your morning porridge, bowl of granola or simply on toasté. It'is a délice!

  • 1 ctoc of Energy
  • 3 handfulséof fresh raspberriesîcheese or frozenées
  • 2 tbsptos of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsptos maple syrupmaple

In a saucepan, heat the raspberries, chia seeds and maple syrup. Add a little 'water if the mélange is too é peace. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wait until the jam has cooled before transferring itto a jar.
