Avocado Serenity Bowl

Start the day serenely with a breakfast concentrated in good vibes and nutrients!

  • 1 tsp of The Serenity
  • 1/2 avocado, rich in good fats
  • 1 banana, good moodthanks to magnesium
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp almond puree, riche in calcium and protein

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, garnish with the toppings of your choice (fresh fruit, seeds...) and make "Oooom" while tasting .
