Our adaptogen-infused water recipes
It is very important to stay well hydrated during heat waves. With these high temperatures, Hygée offers you 3 simple and quick infused water recipe ideas, to be redone at home to quench your thirst.
SUMMER DETOX: Elimination of toxins and feeling of lightness
INGREDIENTS :
- A large carafe of water
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 tsp of La Detox
- Ice cubes
STEPS :
- Fill a large carafe with fresh water
- Add a teaspoon of our La Détox product (natural mint flavor) then mix well with a frother or a spoon
- Cut as many slices from a cucumber
- Cut some fresh mint leaves
- Put everything in the carafe, mix well then add the ice cubes
- Refrigerate for a few hours to infuse then enjoy!
GINGER TONIC: De-stressing and energizing
INGREDIENTS :
- A large carafe of water
- 1 lemon
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 9 drops of Balance
- Ice cubes
STEPS :
- Fill a large carafe with fresh water
- Add 9 drops of our L'Équilibre product (with notes of rose, honey & saffron) then mix well with a spoon
- Cut as many slices from a lemon
- Cut your ginger into small pieces
- Put everything in the carafe, mix well then add the ice cubes
- Refrigerate for a few hours to infuse then enjoy!
BEAUTY STRAWBERRY: Antioxidant and healthy glow
INGREDIENTS :
- A large carafe of water
- Strawberries
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 tsp drops of La Beauté
- Ice cubes
STEPS :
- Fill a large carafe with fresh water
- Add a teaspoon of our La Beauté product (natural yuzu flavor) then mix well with a frother or a spoon
- Cut the strawberries in half
- Cut some fresh mint leaves
- Put everything in the carafe, mix well then add the ice cubes
- Refrigerate for a few hours to infuse then enjoy!
