Summer Skin Smoothie

This new "fresh recipe" concocted by our chef and culinary author Eva from the account @thefrenchcoconut will delight the complexion of your skin: the Summer skin smoothie!

Ingredients :

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 120g frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 tsp of La Beauté
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp sesame or almond puree
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 250ml vegetable milk or filtered water

Recipe :

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
Pour into a tall glass and add coconut topping.
It's already ready!
