Heal your skin from the inside out and aid your digestion with this delicious smoothie.
- 1 cac Beauty
- 1 apple
- 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries (also works well with other berries!)
- 1 good handful of spinach for iron
- 1 pinchof fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, rich protein
- Vegetable drink containing calcium
Mix everything in a blender until you get a smooth smoothie. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the desired texture.
