For hurried morningsés, prédress your little dé breakfast the night before. This overnight will delight your taste buds fromès on réveil.
- 1 ctoc of Beauty
- 1 small handfulée of seeds of your choice (squash, sunflower), containing good fats
- 1 small fistée d'oléaginous (nuts , almond, hazelnut), rich in calcium
- 1 pinchée of cinnamon
100g yoghurt végétal,
rich in proteinéine
1/2 banana, good mood grâce with magnesium
- 1 càc d'oil végétale
- Garnishes: red fruits (été), apple or pear (winter) + qsome péchocolate chips, because it's good for morale and health!
Émash the banana then add all the other ingredients. Cover and place in réfrigérator until'au next morning. Take your breakfast out for 10 minutes before going to the table. Add your toppings and enjoy!
