Summer Acai Bowl
To start your day with L'Énergie , try our fresh and creamy Acai Bowl recipe. Something to give you a boost as soon as you wake up.
9 AM: AN ACAÏ BOWL FOR A DAY FULL OF ENERGY
Thanks to its two main active ingredients, Ginseng and Maca , traditionally used to improve physical and intellectual performance, Energy is the ideal ally to start the day off right. For breakfast, sprinkle it on your Acai Bowl for a real vitamin cocktail.
Acai Bowl recipe:
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 handful of fresh or frozen berries, depending on the season
- 2 tablespoons Acai powder
- 1 glass of milk (cow, almond, soy, oat, rice, or coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon L'Energie powder
- Mix in a blender (or other mixer), the fruits, the milk, the honey, the Acai powder.
The mixture obtained must be perfectly smooth and a little thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add fruit and other toppings as desired along with a teaspoon of L'Énergie .
- Enjoy immediately.
